We include sections on Starters, First Courses, Main Courses, Desserts, some extras, and even a brief description of some local wines.

The book has 127 pages & is illustrated with pictures of Venice, the boats of the club, along images of where, when and how members, friends, visitors and locals enjoy their fare. There are actually NO pictures of the dishes themselves, it is a book to enjoy the flavours of Venice.

All recipes are in Italian (or Venetian only, just to make it more interesting) and English.
